Websites – Manditek Websites include the company website and all of the product specific websites. We do not collect or store any data from visitors to our website unless you select the "contact us" feature. If you select the "Contact Us" feature and submit a message, we collect your name, email address and phone number to enable us to respond to your inquiry.

Products and Solutions – Data collected in Manditek's turnkey solutions depends on the specific product being used and contains information entered by the product user based on information they receive from their end client that they need to use the features of the solution. It can include the following: name, address, contact information, income, expenses, account balances etc.

Manditek is committed to safeguarding your data in our solutions.

Access – Each user has a single User ID and password that is unique to that user with multi-factor authentication to enhance the security of access to the solution and ensure that only the authorized individual can access it.

Data protection – All sensitive data is encrypted using the globally recognized Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 encryption algorithm developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Note: specific details on data collection and cybersecurity are governed by the terms and agreements in the customer agreement that you have agreed to with Manditek Limited.
